This website (wardrobe.com.sg) and the Wardrobe SG brand are operated by I Like IT Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered address at 1 Yishun Industrial Street 1, #07-12, A'Posh BizHub, Singapore 768160 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Business. Please read them carefully.

Quotations for custom built-in wardrobes are provided following a design consultation and site measurement. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to a final site survey. Prices indicated on the website (including per-foot-run ranges) are estimates for budgeting purposes and do not constitute a binding offer.

For custom projects, a deposit is required to confirm your order and commence production, with the balance payable on completion of installation. For modular products purchased online, full payment is required at checkout; these orders are then measured on-site and custom-built to fit before delivery and assembly.

A 10% first-order discount is automatically applied to a customer's first eligible online order of modular products purchased through our online store. The discount applies to product value only and excludes delivery, installation surcharges and custom carpentry, is limited to one use per customer, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

Lead times for custom wardrobes are typically 3 to 8 weeks from design confirmation, depending on scope. Delivery and installation are available islandwide in Singapore. You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the installation site and for obtaining any necessary approvals (e.g. from HDB, MCST or building management).

We provide a 7-year structural warranty on all custom built-in wardrobes, covering defects in carpentry workmanship and structural integrity under normal residential use from the date of installation.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents or discolouration over time;
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water/flood, pests or improper cleaning;
• Damage from unauthorised modification, repair or relocation;
• Consumable or moving parts (e.g. soft-close mechanisms, hinges, rails) beyond their manufacturer warranty period.

To make a claim, contact us at hello@wardrobe.com.sg with your order details and photographs. Warranty service is provided within Singapore only.

Custom-made and modular items are both produced to your specifications and measurements, and cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced, except where the item is defective. Before production begins (i.e. before your on-site measure is confirmed), online orders may be cancelled for a refund. Statutory rights under Singapore law are not affected.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant goods or services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
