This website (wardrobe.com.sg) and the Wardrobe SG brand are operated by I Like IT Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered address at 1 Yishun Industrial Street 1, #07-12, A'Posh BizHub, Singapore 768160 (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Business. Please read them carefully.

Quotations for custom built-in wardrobes are provided following a design consultation and site measurement. All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to a final site survey. Prices indicated on the website (including per-foot-run ranges) are estimates for budgeting purposes and do not constitute a binding offer.

For custom projects, a deposit is required to confirm your order and commence production, with the balance payable on completion of installation. For modular products purchased online, full payment is required at checkout; these orders are then measured on-site and custom-built to fit before delivery and assembly.

A 10% first-order discount is automatically applied to a customer's first eligible online order of modular products purchased through our online store. The discount applies to product value only and excludes delivery, installation surcharges and custom carpentry, is limited to one use per customer, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

Lead times for custom wardrobes are typically 3 to 6 weeks from design confirmation, depending on scope. Delivery and installation are available islandwide in Singapore. You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the installation site and for obtaining any necessary approvals (e.g. from HDB, MCST or building management).

Once you approve your written, itemised quotation following our on-site measurement, the price you approve is the price you pay. We will not add charges for anything within the approved scope after measuring.

The fixed price may only change where:

• You request changes to the design, size, finish or scope after approval, in which case we will quote the change in writing for your approval first;
• Site conditions differ materially from what was shown or measured (e.g. walls, ceilings or floors altered by other contractors after our measurement);
• Installation is delayed or must be repeated for reasons outside our control, such as the site not being ready or accessible on the agreed date.

Defects in our workmanship identified at handover will be rectified at no cost. Hardware such as hinges, runners and soft-close mechanisms is covered by its manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Orders confirmed before 5 October 2026 keep the warranty stated in their original order confirmation.

Before work begins, our team will record the condition of the installation area, including walls, floors, ceilings and existing fixtures, with photographs. We are not responsible for defects or damage that existed before our work began, or for hidden services such as concealed pipes or wiring that were not disclosed to us.

If you believe damage was caused during delivery or installation, please notify us in writing at hello@wardrobe.com.sg with photographs within 48 hours of handover. We will inspect it and, where the damage was caused by our team or our contractors, repair or make good at our cost. Our liability for such damage is subject to section 8.

Custom-made and modular items are both produced to your specifications and measurements, and cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has commenced, except where the item is defective. Before production begins (i.e. before your on-site measure is confirmed), online orders may be cancelled for a refund. Statutory rights under Singapore law are not affected.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant goods or services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Prices, dimensions and timelines shown are indicative. Your final price, specification and schedule are those confirmed in your written quotation.

While we take care to keep content accurate and up to date, we make no warranty as to its completeness or accuracy and, to the extent permitted by law, accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
